Marsh End comprises five charming apartments, and ours is the top-floor penthouse, boasting stunning views across the estuary towards Southwold from both the back and side windows. Each room features its own window and skylight, filling the apartment with natural light and creating a bright, airy atmosphere.
The garden is a shared communal space with the other four apartments, but the surrounding area offers plenty of open green spaces — perfect for games, picnics, or simply relaxing and watching the world go by. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the beach and expansive marshes, ideal for exploration.
There’s also ample space to store bicycles safely around the side of the house, making it easy to enjoy the many walking and cycling opportunities nearby.
